-	Should possess, manufacture or produce a bona-fide exportable product or service, or working in SME field.
-	Possess a good command of spoken and written English
-	Can participate in the course for the entire period
-	Should be a university graduate or equivalent
-	Be between 25 and 45 years of age
-	Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field
