1. To serve as the central organization of businesses in Southeast Asian (SEA) region and Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) region to support trade collaboration and build regional partnership.

2. To develop the trade and investment between Southeast Asian (SEA) region and Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) region by providing initiative strategies and best solutions to compete in the global market.

3. To support the trade and investment activities of Southeast Asian (SEA) region and Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) region, including negotiation, export/import procedure and new market exploration.

4. To develop academic partnerships to create the knowledge exchange necessary for promoting new channels for trade and investment initiatives across the two regions.
