Graduate Registration : Documents to be used 2 two-inch gown photos with blue background for Important Document and transcript Please clearly write name, surname, registration number, School, and major on the back of the photos. Classbook / Graduation Gown Graduates must fill in current address, workplace, weight, and height for graduation gown on (URL: http://reg.utcc.ac.th) Remark : Graduates can use the handbook on the main website of student service system to fill in the information.	15 August 2016 - 30 November 2016 (If graduates do not submit photos and required information on the due date, their photos and information will not appear on the classbook.)	http://reg.utcc.ac.th
Date of Payment: Documents to be used Fee for Commencement Ceremony 1. Graduates pay 4,500 baht. (Fee: 3,000 baht and Gown Deposit: 1,500 baht) 2. First and second honored graduates pay 5,050 baht. Remark

On the main rehearsal day, Ph.D., Master, and Bachelor’s degrees graduates must dress the same as on the day of commencement ceremony.
The details of self-report rooms of all graduates in each School/ major will be in the rehearsal handbook. Also, the registered graduates for commencement ceremony and self-report can be seen at http://www.utcc.ac.th
All graduates are required to be on time. (Master’s degree graduates refer to all majors of Master’s degree.)
