First-Class & Second-Class Honors Stole Pick-Up Dates : Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 February 2017 Pick up at Twin Shop counter for ALL schools. (Graduates do not have to return their honors stole.)

Remarks:

Graduation gown for undergraduate and graduate levels is available for rent only. Graduates must return their graduation gown on the notified schedule.
Graduates or Representative can pick up and return a graduation gown by presenting the receipt / bank-transfer slip of graduation ceremony fee.
In case of losing payment evidence, please contact the university Financial Office, before gown pick up, for a copy (50 baht).
For Ph.D. graduates, pay graduation ceremony fee 4,500 baht + additional fee 2,800 baht and contact Excellence Shop at Tha Pra Jun for a new, tailor-made gown.

Payment:

Graduates must log in the service system http://reg.utcc.ac.th to register for graduation gown details before making a payment via the following options:
1. Pay graduation ceremony fee at Financial Office, Building 10, 1st floor.
2. Pay graduation ceremony fee at Bangkok Bank, SCB Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Graduates can download payment form at http://reg.utcc.ac.th or http://department.utcc.ac.th/finance and must show the bank-transfer slip on the pick- up day. Payment via banks must be made between 15th August – 16th December 2016 only.

Gown Pick-up/Return:

Gown pick up Please ensure to receive all 6 items at the pick-up counter:
1.a graduation gown 2.a hood 3.a cap 4.a tassel 5.a gown plastic cover 6.a hanger
* If graduates find out after the pick-do day that some items are not given, graduates shall bear all responsibility for the incomplete items.
Gown return Please bring all 6 items to the serviced shop to receive the deposit (1,500 baht). Upon return, any missing and/or defective items caused by renters are subject to the following charges.
1.a graduation gown 850 baht 2.a hood 300 baht 3.a cap 250 baht
4.a tassel 30 baht 5.a gown plastic cover 50 baht 6.a hanger 20 baht.
* Any adapted or modified gown may not be accepted nor claimed deposit.
* Late return of the gown will be fined. In case of emergency and you cannot return all items on the specified dates, please contact the shop in charge in advance.
